Altar Servers

Boys and girls who have received their First Communion are eligible to serve in the ministry of altar server at St.Martha's. At least two orientation sessions for new servers are held each year. They are announced in the bulletin and through the Religious Education Classes. Schedules are posted in the sacristy and are available in the vestibule of the church. Direct questions to Fr. The Cursillo Short Course

The "Short Course" is a spiritual experience that will help our minds and hearts grow and remind us of the great love that Jesus has for each of us. In the Diocese of Trenton, the "Short Course" is offered twice a year.

The "Short Course" starts with a three day weekend running from Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon. A team of speakers offer talks on aspects of our Christian life. Through these talks, we are challenged to strengthen our relationship with God and with others. At the end of the "Short Course" we are given the tools and resources to start the rest of the "Short Course" - which literally lasts the rest of our lives. (732) 458-0220

Music Ministry

Traditional Adult Choir: Sings at 12 Noon Sunday Mass Oct-May; Sings at the 9 AM Sunday Mass May-Oct; Practice: Tuesday Evening 7 PM in the Church.

Harvest Contemporary Music Group: Sings at the 10:30 AM Sunday Mass; Practice: Friday Evening 8 PM in the Church

Children's Choir (Cherubs): Sings at the 9 AM Sunday Mass Oct-May; Practice: Tuesday Afternoon 5:30-6:00 PM in church

Resurrection Choir: Sings at all funeral liturgies; no rehearsals, just a willing heart to minister to the bereaved families of our parish.
